Dear Mr. President

 Day 17 and 18

Goodbye Montana and hello South Dakota! It's been a great 2 days of driving to our next destination. On Wednesday, we left The Stage Coach Inn which is in West Yellowstone. We did make one last stop at the Running Bear Pancake House. I had a Snickers Mocha and then a normal breakfast of biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage. Derek got the pancakes. We also tried the Cinnamon Roll which was homemade!

Our next stop was in Bozeman, Montana. We visited the American Computer and Robotics Museum. It was really cool to see how technology has changed throughout the years.

After the museum we drove to Billings, Montana. We were tired from the drive so we grabbed a quick dinner at The Burger Dive. This little burger place won Best Burger in 2016 and was featured on Man vs. Food. I tried the award winning burger - The "I'm Your Huckleberry" Burger. I must say, it was soooo good! Derek had the garlic burger and he loved it as well.

Today we left Billings and headed to Rapid City, South Dakota. We had a 6 hour drive ahead of us. The drive through Wyoming was so beautiful! Our hotel in Rapid City is right in the heart of everything. We checked in with just a little hiccup - the room wasn't ready even though we arrived after checkin time. I was not happy... but it was only about a 40 minute wait until we got to our room. After dropping off our bags we went for a walk around town to see the statues of the Presidents. It was so fun to find them all. We also discovered a concert going on in the streets. We had to enter it to see the rest of the statues and it was FREE! My favorite president is George Washington. If I have ever taught your child you can ask them who my favorite is and they will tell you George and that I would marry him if it was the 1700s. LOL! Anything to make it memorable.

We ate in our room and relaxed a bit. We are going to have a fun day tomorrow in South Dakota!
